The hotel is conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. it is within a reasonable walking distance from popular attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The shower in the hotel had some issues, with water not draining properly and causing the bathroom floor to become wet and slippery.

Convenient location near metro and 20-30 min walk to attractions. Helpful receptionist found suitable room for wheelchair user. Friendly and helpful staff. Good Turkish breakfast offered.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly the day receptionist, was helpful. We had some friends who were staying in a different hotel, and one of them is in a wheelchair. Unfortunately, the hills around their hotel were unmanageable for them. But the receptionist at this hotel found a suitable room on the 1st floor for them. We are grateful for their assistance and kindness.
